Using Gagie

Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Gagie iOS app. Please read them before using the app.

Effective date: September 1, 2026 Last updated: September 1, 2026

Agreement

By using Gagie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use Gagie on behalf of another person, you must have authority to accept these terms for them.

What Gagie provides

Gagie is a personal tool for recording subscription details, viewing upcoming renewal dates, setting reminders, and reviewing spending estimates. You provide the amounts, billing cycles, currencies, and dates used for those estimates.

Gagie does not connect to subscription providers, confirm charges, process payments, purchase or cancel third-party plans, or provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for managing your subscriptions with each provider and checking their current terms and billing information.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, notes, amounts, dates, and images you enter. Only use images and other material that you own or are allowed to use. You retain any rights you have in content you add to Gagie.

Do not use Gagie to store unlawful content or to interfere with the app or another person’s use of it.

Dates and reminders

Reminder delivery depends on the dates and preferences you enter, iOS notification permissions, and your device settings. Gagie cannot guarantee that a notification will appear at a particular time or that a provider will charge on the date shown. Check the provider’s own notices for authoritative billing information.

App and brand rights

Gagie and its original design and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Gagie to you. Service names and logos may belong to their respective owners; their appearance in the app does not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Availability and liability

Gagie is provided for personal organization and is offered on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gagie’s provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the app, including decisions made from estimates or missed reminders. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. We will post the current version on this page and update the date above. Your continued use of Gagie after an update means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
